Yesterday it finally happened and we could pick up our tandem (but had to pay for it). Since we already received the trailer, we were able to drive home yesterday evening with our over 3m long vehicle.
This morning, however, we brought it back to the store, where mudguards and luggage rack will be mounted over the weekend. On the front disc brakes we have to wait a little longer, because the special front hub must first be produced.

This weekend we will go by train to Greymouth on the west coast.

The following weekend will be extended by a holiday, so we will then make the first tour with tandem and trailer. However, we hope to be able to do some small rides already during the week after school. The Port Hills will be a nice training ground for this.
